Occurs over the span of about 4 months
Over 10 hours of Zoom coaching time
Includes the complete Successfinder assessment, all reports, and a personalized analysis of your results (a $1,000 value)

The process:
Discovery Session (1 hour): Uncover where you’re at, where you’ve been so far, and where you want to go
Successfinder Assessment (1 hour)
Insights Session (2 hours): Using your Successfinder results to explore your unique strengths and blindspots
Planning Session (1 hour): Bringing it all together to identify how you want to expand your career and the blindspots you want to address to do so
Coaching Sessions (6 x 1 hour): In depth coaching support to help you address blindspots and patterns that are getting in your way
