I am a coach, consultant, and facilitator based in Toronto, Canada working with people who want to work and lead in new ways. I have spent the last decade helping individuals, teams, and organizations find new ways of working and leading in the face of massive change - and learning how to do so myself along the way. I have a passion for and deep understanding of what it means to navigate change and transition, individually and collectively.
The future of work is asking for new things from us, and is pushing for both individuals and organizations to let go of what’s not working and grow in new ways. With a focus on individuality, empathy, courage, and contributing positively to the collective, I work with you to discover and courageously put your unique self out into the world, find career paths and experiences that are meaningful to you, and co-create new ways of working with each other.
As a certified Professional Integral Coach, an expert-level certified practitioner of the Successfinder behavioural assessment, and a certified practitioner of the Integrative Enneagram Assessment, I create highly individualized programs and approaches with a sense of exploration, experimentation, and adventure.
I work with all types of people, including those in large corporations, startups, financial institutions, consulting firms, non-profits, the arts and creative agencies, as well as with entrepreneurs and students.
