Mission.
The world of work is changing radically and requires something different from our organizations, and from us as individuals. This will mean breaking down and letting go of many current ways of working and building new ones. In this new space, each of us will need to find our strength as individuals and also deeply commit to the collective: developing self understanding and putting our unique selves out into the world with courage and grace, finding work experiences that are meaningful to us, exploring new and creative ways of working with each other, and co-creating a better working world for the whole.
So that when we show up each day, we do not look outside ourselves for our leader.
